Week 1 Term 3

Welcome back to Term 3 Blog reflection 

Chapter Chat 
For Chapter chat my class  has got a new book called Ghost I have made my first chapter chat for this week I made I flag. 

Numeracy 

This week numeracy I have done  my follow up I did it with a buddy Ruby it was not two hard we had to measure and compare cups to work out the answer.

Literacy 
This week for my Chapter Chat I made a slide about John David Anderson it took my a few days to make it I worked very hard on my John David Anderson slide!!

Literacy
This week for literacy I have been doing word work .

This week for chapter chat I have not do a chapter chat because  i was work on my writing and my word work but next week I will try to get one done.

This week for numeracy we worked on our problem solving slide.

This week I chose to do an activity on addition and patterns. I learnt that it is not easy finding the patterns.

NUMERACY- This week for numeracy we had to do a fraction work book. I had to show in the work book how I worked out my fractions in the book. I found all of my fractions work lots of fun and interesting.

Numeracy 

This week for numeracy we had to do fraction task. 
This is how I work it out. First I had to work out my 1/2 my half were easy but then they started getting harder and harder so I had to go and get some counters. Then I was fine. I had lots of fun.

Prep  

Prep for last to weeks.

for the last two last we have been doing prep.

Next term I hope to get more work done by working together as a team.
Prep is something that we sell for money like dream catchers,bookmarks
it is lots of fun but you have to make what your predator is.
There is can be even thing but it cool we have prep it every year so that is what prep is. In prep you can make them how even  you want

This week for numeracy I have been learning about if I had a pet how would I take care so we had to find what a pet would need and put it into a google drawing and we had to put a link to show where they go. Here is a picture.

Here are some ideas for my speech I choose to do my speech on my little sister Kenzie because I have done my speech on everything but Kenzie.

This week for literacy I have been learning.....

My little sister Kenzie

Kenzie is my little sister,

Kenzie is 1 and half she is turning 2 this year.

Kenzie has a best friend called Brooklan, Brooklan looks like Kenzie but Brooklan is younger than Kenzie.

Kenzie lives at my house with me mum and dad,Kenzie loves to play with me because I play with her she likes to hit me because she thinks it is funny but to me it is very annoying, Kenzie is very cute and funny she thinks everything is funny, Kenzie loves to come into school every time but if does not come in she will cry. I hope you enjoy my story

In writing I am learning to put punctuation in the correct places.

Reading

For reading we had to get into partners and make a screencastify but I did not get it done. Next week I need to make sure I work hard to get my work finished. When I  do this over the weekend I will get it updated.

screencastify of doubles and halfs it was easy and fun we are learning doubles and halfs.

Maths 

Here is a image of work I did with Jessica we were using rods to solve adding and subtract two numbers.

Here is what we had been learning for the last week we had to use the rods to solve adding and subtract.        Next week I will achieve my work buy getting more work done.

Here is banqer for this week next week I hope to spend my money on the couch. The couch cost $300 for the week.
